Litigation Support - Mr.
Looney's credentials as both a Certified Public Accountant and his "real world"
experience as a senior executive serves him well to offer support to your more
complex commercial litigation cases. As a member of a litigation
team, Mr. Looney has assisted in designing discovery techniques to uncover and
unravel complex factual situations, provide support for, and calculations
of, complex damage theories and where necessary, "expert" testimony.
Fortunately commercial litigation is not an everyday occurrence for most
enterprises. However, when an organization finds itself confronted with
litigation, either as a plaintiff, or as a defendant, the organization must
proceed to swiftly nominate a team and develop a strategy that will maximize its

lost profits claims, actions in Federal Court to set aside regulatory rule making by the U.S. Government, litigation in the Bankruptcy courts to
include highly charged competing plan actions, Chapter Eleven cases, class action suits,
as well as claims arising from Maritime Law.
